Welcome to the Bosnian Cookbook. We have tried to combine some traditional Bosnian recipes with some of our own ideas. Bosnian cuisine has developed under variety of influences over the centuries. Spices are used in moderate quantities so that the dishes are quite light and attractive for the whole range of international palates. The twenty recipes selected for this application represent the highlights of this diverse cuisine developed under the influences from Middle East, Mediterranean region, Turkey and central Europe.
